I used it on the web version, and after updating it, I re uploaded my model key. I did not use the model that comes with the chatbox itself, but instead used a silicon-based flow memoryBut when I reopened the web version, I found that all my previous historical conversations had disappeared and could not be found. I had been in a state where there was no historical conversation and wanted to know how to retrieve it

Data on the web version may be lost if the browser cache is cleared. You can try clicking the button to retrieve data in the Settings. Additionally, we recommend using the desktop client to avoid this issue.
