I need the same chats to be visible from different devices to work. That's why I paid for the Lite version.
but, after payment, chat synchronization did not appear.
  • logged in to your account from both devices. The license key is connected.
  • I tried testing with new chats, logging in and out of my account, restarting the device.
  • devices: PC (windows 11), smartphone (android, hyper os)
  • the latest versions for each device have been downloaded. On PC: 1.19.1 (from the site), on android: 1.18.2 (from google play).
  • I did not find any items in the settings about synchronizing chats. I only saw about restoring chats - I clicked, the chats were not synchronized.
Is it possible to synchronize? Why isn't it working right now? What do you need to do to do this?
