Boxes appear around rendered LaTeX expressions

As of current version (14.3.1), scrollable boxes appear around most (but not all) inline or display mathematical expressions that are generated with LaTeX, rendering them illegible. The ability to reliably parse LaTeX is crucial so PLEASE do not tinker with it. 😮‍💨

Could you post a screenshot about this issue?

Please find the attached; the scrollbars are visible. Also inline math expressions/symbols are no longer aligned with their surrounding text. I am very grateful for what you're doing here. But I'm also afraid to update the software because of such disrupting bugs.
